We cannot wait to welcome you to The Point and want very much for you to visit when you desire and stay in the room of your choice. We strongly encourage reservation inquiries well in advance of your intended stay due to our high percentage of repeat guests and their desire to return to their favorite accommodation. We would be pleased to secure a deposit for your anticipated arrival this year or next. If you have a particular season, holiday or lodging location you are considering, the further in advance you inquire, the greater the chance we can meet your expectations.
Please note: when booking multiple rooms on line, there are specific instructions to follow as "no rooms available" will appear. You must book each room one at a time and use the "Book Another Room" option. Alternatively, please don't hesitate to phone us directly regarding availability. We are happy to make suggestions, especially for first time guests so that you can become acquainted with our unique property, policies, guest rooms, cuisine, recreational offerings,etc.
Due to our all inclusive nature and four open bars across the property we are unable to welcome any guests under the age of 21. For more information regarding our estate's unique traditions, amenities, and offerings, please visit our About Page.
Nightly rates are inclusive for two adults, with carte blanche use of sports equipment and facilities, all gourmet meals, afternoon tea, wines and spirits. In addition to the rate there is a 23% resort fee, New York State tax of 8% and a Franklin County occupancy tax of 5%.

A deposit of $500 USD per room, per night is required to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by e-mailing (or by mailing if you prefer) you a confirmation letter and summary of charges for the balance, which is due not less than 60 days prior to your intended arrival. The balance due will be automatically applied to the credit card we have on file and at that time your reservation becomes non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-moveable. If the balance has not been received by that date, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable. In the event that your reservation is made within 60 days of your intended arrival, the reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking and is then non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-movable.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Your funds, less a processing fee of $300 USD, will be happily refunded if cancellation is made not less than 60-days prior to your intended arrival. After 60-days prior to arrival, we regret no refund is possible regardless of the reason and 100% of the entire booking amount, including all applicable taxes will be forfeited. We would be pleased to assist with travel insurance recommendations at your request.
Reservations are required, as we do not accept drop-ins. To make a reservation, please phone our office at 1-800-255-3530, or book online. If you call us directly, which we hope you do, we can place a 24-hour courtesy hold, by which time we must receive a deposit of $500 per room per night. Thereafter, we must void the reservation to make room for other guests.
Beginning on December 2, 2021, all guests visiting the property will need to be fully vaccinated and provide appropriate proof of vaccination prior to arrival. If a guest is not fully vaccinated, we will require documentation in the form of a negative PCR test result taken within 72-hours of arrival and request you speak with us directly prior to your arrival to discuss further accommodations.
