Information for our Travel Advisors
The Point works with numerous travel agents and advisors all over the world and we are excited to work with you as well! We believe in working together with our travel agents and advisors as partners to create the ideal stay for our clients. Our reservations team will work one on one with you on the reservation from start to finish in order to make sure we are fully prepared for your clients and have their favorite food, drinks, and activities ready for them when they arrive. Below, we have outlined what that process looks like as well as everything you should expect from your experience working with The Point.
The Point – Truly All Inclusive
Our food and beverage service operates 24-hours a day, providing our guests with unlimited snacks in addition to the traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our four open bars across the property at all times, or, request a made cocktail, wine, beer, or other beverage from our servers any time they’d like.
Activities and amenities
Your guests are always welcome to speak to our guest services team about activities including hiking, boating, croquet, tennis, archery, and much more. As many of our activities enjoyed on-property can be quite weather dependent, we do not take advanced reservations for their use.
The Point Resort is a non-tipping property. Additional gratuity is not necessary as it is included within the cost of stay.
Additional cost items
Third-party vendor activities such as massage therapy and guiding services (hiking, fly-fishing, etc.), purchases within our gallery, or select rare wines from our exclusive Proprietor’s list are not included with the cost of stay and are available at an additional cost.
