We are delighted to announce The Point will be reopening for our summer season Thursday, June 25th. Fully appreciating the travel concerns caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus, we have thoughtfully and diligently enhanced our services to provide an even safer, more welcoming, and relaxing estate in the year ahead.
For over a century, the vast landscapes and lodges of The Adirondacks have offered tranquility to those who need it. It is reassuring to recall the longstanding heritage of our property—it reminds us that beautiful things can weather the tests of time, and that there is still so much to look forward to.
While it is true that some things should never change, in the interest of safety and peace of mind, and with the guidance of experts from across the nation, the Center for Disease Control and New York State’s health and hospitality officials, we have carefully chosen to modify certain elements of The Point experience in light of the current climate.
Our extensive activities and renown culinary program will always be here for your enjoyment. You may notice some changes which subtly amount to an appropriately safer visit such as lavishly enhanced private dining rather than communal dining and public areas thoughtfully reconfigured to encourage social distancing. These details have been meticulously arranged in advance of your stay so that your visit is as seamless as always.
The Point has always been a world apart where comfort and adventure are in permanent residence. We pledge to faithfully continue this tradition. Please reach out to us online at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 518-891-5674 should you like more detail regarding the steps we are taking to maintain our impeccable level of service while protecting our guests and staff in this unprecedented moment. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
Be safe and be healthy,
The Point Team
