Saranac is a cozy, magical room in the Guest House, a Great Camp classic paneled all in fir. A wide alcove across from the bed is entirely taken up by a beautiful, chiseled stone fireplace with a ledge wide enough to sleep on. Two large armchairs share a footrest in front of the fire; the wood ceiling vaults above the oversize king bed. Glass doors lead to a private stone patio, where graceful bentwood chairs look to the forest and the lake.
The spacious, cream-painted bathroom has a deep tub, double showers, double sinks and windows that open towards the croquet lawn.
