We are proud to offer our guests some of the finest cuisine in the world. Our Executive Chef, Mark Levy, and his dedicated team have been trained throughout the world and bring diversity and creativity to each course and every menu.
Adirondack Dining at The Point
All of our meals are planned at least a week in advance, taking into account dietary restrictions and food allergies of each guest. Every meal you have at The Point will have been specially prepared, made from ingredients flown in from as far away as Scotland; so we ask that you notify us well in advance of your personal requirements.Adirondack dining at The Point offers world-class cuisine served 'en famille': there is no a la carte menu and guests sit down together in our Great Hall, family-style, for lunch at 1 PM and dinner at 8 PM. If you prefer, you may dine in front of the fireplace in your room, or have a picnic lunch packed for you to take on a hike or canoe trip. In the morning, we will deliver breakfast to your room, or join us in the Great Hall at your leisure.
